"The afternoon staff Allison was absolutely great, easy fast check in & great accommodations but the morning staff was horrible think he said his name was Scottie. He wouldn’t give me what I needed to clean my room and he just was rude all around. He definitely doesn’t have great customer service skills to be at the front desk. He is not fit for it. The breakfast didn’t have a wide variety and equipment was broken for the waffles but the room was nice ! Thanks Allison for setting the tone for a great stay "

"We checked in expecting to be able to play our devices on the smart tv in the room. This was listed in the amenities section. It turned out the TV was not compatible and not connected to the internet. It wasn’t the one listed as an amenity. The ice machines were not working and not on every floor and only one elevator was operating. My wife is used to high standards at a Hyatt and was sorely disappointed with this location. It’s a tired old hotel. "

"The guy that checked me in the night I arrived at the hotel was pleasant and professional. The young lady that checked me out the morning of 03/15/2026 has a very bad attitude to be working in customer service and assisting at your front desk counter. She was unable or unwilling to provide me with a receipt for my stay. She looked up the reservation and said since it was booked with Expedia get your receipt from them. I'm guessing this was the same associate I had an interaction with over the phone when calling to inquire about check-in times. I asked how long my room would be held since my travel was late and I would not be arriving by or before 3:00pm. Her response to me was harsh and very professional just to say rooms are held until 2:00 am before cancellation. The two mornings of my stay there was no breakfast available. Room service was not provided Saturday morning and when I returned to the room after my day out the room was as I left it and I had to go to front office for clean towels and bath soap. I have stayed at several hotels in the area when visiting my relatives and this was the worst of the worst as far as staff and property. "

"AWFUL. We couldn’t even stay! The room was not clean, there was substances all over bedding and pillows. The floor was disgusting. We wasted our money and had to find a different hotel to stay at. We couldn’t even get our money back! "

"Clean room. A little musty when but clears up as you run the ac. Clean and cool. Bathroom light and vents come on at the same time so it can wake other roomies up. Pillows are approximately 12x12 squares. Very weird and small. But all essentials are there I guess. Breakfast sucks! They have watery( feels like instant) eggs. No sausages or bacon. There’s a mini biscuit and gravy thing that I didn’t try. No juice and I think the hot water for the oatmeal is down. Could use a little improvement here Overall, Still a very clean comfortable place. "
