"The room was very nice and clean, I was surprised how quiet it was even with the hotel being so full. It made sleeping in that much better. Very minor but it would have been great to have directions to the coffee maker, once I got the hang of it I had no more coffee to make. It would be nice for the rooms to be cleaned everyday or at least have that option so that things in the room could be restocked. I would definitely book here again. It was nice to walk to brunch and nice to have so many things to do within a 5 mile radius. "

"We arrived and the hotel was in a convenient location. It was clean and welcoming. The staff was attentive. The room was really clean and smelled good. The amenities were available. The staff checked on us regularly. I enjoyed my stay. "

"The property is old and poorly maintained. Our AC stopped working in the middle of our last night. When I went to the front desk, the person there said there was nothing they could do and that the AC technician could come early the next morning. That meant I had to spend the entire night with my kids in a room with no AC. There was no solution offered and no compensation for the inconvenience. I also paid extra for a late check-out at 3:00 PM, but by 1:00 PM they were already knocking on my door and calling the room asking us to leave, which made the late check-out fee pointless. The bathroom sink had mold all around it, which was very unpleasant to see. The breakfast was also disappointing—plain, cold, and nothing like the pictures shown online. Overall, it was a very bad experience from beginning to end, and I would not recommend staying here."
