"Enjoyed my stay here. Convenient location and the room I had was excellent. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a kitchen and living room. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Many standard kitchen items were available for use, but did not use besides the fridge. The air conditioner wasn't cooling but luckily the night was cool enough to open the windows. Advised staff at checkout. Booked thru hotels.com and don't remember seeing notification that they charge $5/night for parking. Shower had excellent water pressure and beds were comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again."

"The first morning we were there our coffee pot did not work. Had to be replaced. Old property, but clean. Was only given 1 wash cloth although there were 2 of us. Had to go to front office to replenish coffee."

"The staff was not friendly or accommodating. We had to wait 45 minutes after check in to get our room. Booked a double queen and instead we got a king with a roll out bed. The roll out bed was aweful, the frame was broken in the middle of the bed and the mattress sunk in. "

"The room is a bit nasty.. I requested for a 2-bed room but the staff just gave me 1.. I also asked for an extra blanket but the staff said that they have nothing.. It's really frustrating that I have wasted my money for this .. I felt uncomfortable!"

"I used to stay at this location a lot in years past and always had a good stay. So I was disappointed to see this location so run down and dirty. The parking lot had trash strewn all around. Once we got to our room, noticed it was not clean, and I had to go ask for clean sheets and blankets because the bed was full of hairs. While I understand Albuquerque was busy with a lot of events, especially hotels should strive to make a decent stay for out of towners. I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Breakfast didn’t have much to offer either."
