Rooms were clean and the layout was really nice, especially if you're planning an extended stay. The kitchenette had a fridge, 2-burner cooktop, sink, microwave, dishwasher and ample counterspace. The courtyard was VERY nice and was a perfect place to relax. Checkout time of Noon was a very pleasant surprise too.

Needs room updates.
Room 135 was musty and smelled of cigars. Very dated and the sleeper dog was horribly uncomfortable. Checkin was double charged and resolved once I caught it. Pool was nice and clean and the breakfast was decent.

Room had caps from bottles on floor under curtains. Never thrown away between guests. Housekeeping wasnt very thorough . Other than that, very good stay.

Service was good, but the hotel bed was horrible. Felt like you sank a foot when you got in and it was tilted so felt like you were laying on a hill. Bed was not good at all.

Good Option with Good Common and Private Spaces
The hotel has a courtyard that was a really nice surprise - a great space to relax a bit in the outdoors, without being outside. The room was comfortable with lots of storage space. The bed was comfy with great pillows. Breakfast was rather complete with plenty of fresh fruit. The only complaint was the shower pressure which was really low

Pipe burst so we didn't have the chance to take a shower for 2 days. I also don't like the breakfast options. The rooms were clean and well laid out. The overall experience was just okay for my needs.

Booked stay based on great reviews but our experience was not great. Room night 1 was dated, not cleaned as expected, uncomfortable bed and had to kill 3 roaches. Was moved due to complaints to bigger room for 2nd night. Still would like to have seen it cleaner. Cost was too high for this experience. Know cleaner hotels nearby for less money.

Problems checking in, inexperienced employee. I stayed five days before housekeeping entered my room. Room was much smaller than anticipated. Queen size bad made sleeping very difficult.

Wonderful hotel with lots of amenities. Conveniently located. Extremely clean and perfect for families and those who may be traveling. We have stayed here many times and always chose this hotel due to the friendly staff and wonderful rooms. Very spacious.

I’ve stayed in better and more contemporary staybridge hotels. This particular one needs an upgrade. The toilet was noisy all through the night and disrupted our sleep. The bathroom in the suite was also very small unlike the one we used in Lexington, KY. Will try a different hotel next time I’m in Cincinnati. Good breakfast though the fruits weren’t fresh.

Awesome Place
Staybridge is definitely one of my favorite hotels. When I travel with my mother I need accessible accomodations and their accessible rooms are "Truly Accessible" the term can be used loosely and we need more than just wide door frames. The suites offer some privacy if traveling with a couple people. The breakfast is a bonus and the variety of food options is nice.

Keys didn’t work, barely anything in their shop for toiletries forgotten, hallways had doorway/corner damage on walls, our couch was very dirty/stained and horribly uncomfortable to sit on, needed to be replaced. Something brown wiped on living room wall, damage to living room wall, and lovely pubic hair in shower. Gross.

It was so great. Staff was so accommodating. My niece and I both have chronic pain. The beds were so comfortable. I want one at home. Management was great did follow up. We will stay there again!

We appreciated the suite with the separate bedroom area. The breakfast was good with varying options, staff was friendly, the happy hour was a nice little extra and the courtyard area was a nice touch. Would stay again.
