It was average, certainly not nice. You could tell the rooms weren’t cleaned well. There were shoes left under the bed from previous guests, meaning no one cleaned well enough to find them. It wasn’t horrible, but I wouldn’t go back.

The check in/out process was extraordinary fast! The room we got was clean and pretty big in size. The employees were friendly and helpful at all times, even in the late hours. The breakfast was amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting to stay in the Cincinnati area, it’s not far from the city but not too close to the city noises. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an area I often stay in when visiting Cincinnati. It is close to the interstates, shopping, eating, and is a great place to rest up after a busy day before starting home

Even though it is an older hotel, it is comfortable and provides everything we need. The breakfast is wonderful with hot options as well as the regular affair. I was amazed to find scones offered. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and works hard to provide everything one needs.

In 20 years of traveling, I have never met a more hospitable front desk agent than Christine. She was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable of the area. Fairfield Inn Eastgate, she is a total asset to your establishment!

Your breakfast attendant was incredible!! She was the sweetest, most efficient & actually paid attention to the guests! And she got a giggle out of me wearing socks with flip-flops! Lol! Will recommend!

We were extremely pleased with how clean our room was. The room smelled great, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The area is well lit and safe. Lots of stuff to do and eat around hotel. All of the staff that we dealt with were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will stay here again.

Great minus strange smell...
Excellent service and treatment from staff. The hotel was very clean, however the room we had did have a strange smell. You would get used to it after being in the room for about 5 or 10 minutes but every time we left and returned we would get reminded of that first impression smell.

Very pleased with experience. The only area that needs improvement was the food on the breakfast bar. I would suggest eating elsewhere or just have a bowl of cereal. No kitchen facilities so any egg dish was a prepackaged microwave item. Will stay here again.
