「Hervorragendes Frühstück mit handmade Butter, Konfitüren, Brot, Keksen und Kuchen. Die Produkte waren alle regional und Bio. Pietro, der Bartender, ist sehr höflich, gleichzeit sympatisch und Gin-Experte. Die Küche nutzt nur Zutaten aus der Region. Der Spa-Bereich ist klein, aber extrem schön und sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen sind freundlich, bis auf die Chefin/Managerin die eher unsympathisch und hochnäsig wirkt. 」

「Reservamos a acomodação em apto triplo de frente para a montanha, com sacada. Ao chegar lá nos colocaram em um outro apto pequeno e disseram que todos os aptos eram iguais. Falei por três vezes que havíamos reservado com sacada, mas sem sucesso. Melhor que o hotel coloque as fotos que condizem coma realidade. Uma pena mesmo, o pessoal que nos atenderam quando pedimos por cobertas, foram super atenciosos assim como a moça que nos atendeu no café da manhã .」

「Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...
