"Als wir nach Cilaos kamen, haben wir eine Stunde lang das Hotel gesucht. Hatte eine neue Adresse, über die wir nicht informiert wurden. Auch im Internet nicht zu finden Die Tel.nr auf der Reservationsbestätigung war ausser Betrieb. An der alten Adresse war auch kein Hinweis. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel hat sich die Wirtin auch nicht dafür entschuldigt. Sie hat uns schnell das Zimmer gezeigt, welches nur über den Garten via Balkontür zu betreten ist und nicht abschliessbar ist. sie sagte noch...

"Very nice property, the staff are very nice and friendly. The only issue was they don't assign the room according to the booking. I booked standard Seaview 1 BR apartment, they assigned handicap unit. The apartment layouts are not the same, so beware what you are booking and will be assigned. "

"This hotel is amazing. Centrally located and looks a lot better than the photos. Staff is very nice and since we don’t speak French, it was nice that they could converse in English with us. The rooms were very spacious and they added some nice touches. The only thing I would add is a couple more vegetarian/vegan options on the menu in case guests don’t feel like venturing out for the evening. This is a Reunion Island issue, but we expect hotels to have more of a wider menu. Overall, an excellent choice for a hotel! Reasonably priced, clean, and the location can’t be beat! "
