「This was a great location, room was nice and breakfast was good. We had a really nice stay. My criticism is the spa rules were not consistent and regimented concerning hours spent as a hotel guest even when it was not busy. I think it is a shame that they don’t have a pool for families. The pool is only used for people 18 years and older. The spa services were not available on the weekend which is surprising during peak season.」

My apartment had air conditioning on literally one of the hottest days in Europe! (20 degrees in the apartment!) Had the tasting and great breakfast there. The kitchen was well equipped for basic meals, with essentials like washing-up liquid, sponge, cloth, tea towel, plus tea, coffee, salt, and pepper provided. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the accommodation. We arrived mid-afternoon to find reception unattended and never found staff there despite returning several times before it closed at 8pm. There were people in the staff area, but...
