"Cette casa, est située légèrement en dehors du village. Mais facile d'y accéder.Accueil sympathique. La chambre est grande et propre. Elle est accessible par une porte individuelle sur extérieur. La salle d'eau est correcte mais il manque d'étagère pour poser ses accessoires de toilette. Le petit déjeuner inclus est juste en quantité, la carte payante en supplément offre plusieurs autres choix. On sent le businessman derrière l'hôte. Le jardins est très agréable. Bien pour une nuit. "

"We loved our stay at Chalet La Casita, it is in a lovely peaceful position right on the beach and we were very well looked after by Claudia. The Chalet itself is spacious and comfortable with tasteful decoration. Both breakfast and evening meal were on offer - we'd strongly recommend both as the dining option nearby are limited and the food was excellent"

"Die Zimmer waren gut und klimatisiert, die Badezimmer waren auch gut, die Dusche hatte sehr wenig Wasserdruck aber funktionierte. Das Haus war etwas schmuddelig und die Zimmer wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Die Unterkunft war ausgeschrieben als "ganzes Ferienhaus", aber es wohnte dann doch eine Person drin, sie schlief einfach im Gartenhaus aber benutzte Küche und Wohnzimmer. Sie war sehr nett, konnte aber keine Fragen beantworten. Der Nachbar schien für alles zuständig zu...

"The pool in the center of tge hotel was filthy. I dove in a 5pm to cool off and tge chief of security, a former member of tge national security force, chewed me out in front of tge itger guests. There were cockroaches as big as tibas in.my room. Tge dice centre never opened and the food is ok for a hospital in the develooing world but inadequate for a "resort hotel". P. Giron is beautiful but stay at a casa Its much cheaper and nicer. Go to the hotel to take tge morning shuttle to Caleta Buena...

"Libby, the host could not have been more helpful. She was an absolute star helping us organise trips and transport. Her warm welcome and that of her staff made our trip to Cuba, and in all she simply could not do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The room perfectly acceptable for the price and the beach at Playa Larga gorgeous. The hostal was perfectly positioned for the beach being only a few meters away ( at a guess, less than 100). Do not expect 5* homogenised luxury. Do expect to meet real people whose warmth and kindness made my stay perfect. "
