「The check-in & out process was smooth. Everything that this room offered was great. The room was clean. While we only stood here for one night of our trip and didn’t fully use the amenities the building offered, what we did use like the laundry room was really convenient. Great host. Thank you. 」

「Beautiful house! Furniture was comfortable. Clean and plenty of linens. Rooftop view of the city was great! We were only there due to an unexpected situation and didn't get to fully utilize/enjoy the space, but we are very thankful for the stay. Would note that staying in Old San Juan is noisy: you can hear cars, music, talking, etc during the night from inside. That's part of it but maybe not great for everyone. 」

「We loved everything about Condado Lagoon by Otium. Otium’s team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The room was spotless, the desk staff were friendly. The area is beautiful and we were able to watch sea turtles off our balcony every day. We didn’t plan to be stuck on the island for 6 extra days, but are very thankful we got to spent the extra time at Condado Lagoon! 」

「Loved the place! The unit was so unique and aesthetically pleasing!! We loved the outdoor shower more than we expected to. The location was great. 5 minute walk to the beach. 」

「Pretty good location. Perfect if you are not planning on staying in the room too much since mine didnt have any windows. A/C can get cold and some of my room neighbors had to ask and borrow my A/C controller because they didnt provide all the rooms with one. Comfy room and bathroom otherwise.」

「Coqui Del Mar was welcoming and the manager bent over backwards to make sure all guests were happy. The majority of the clientele was male and they were in a safe space to be themselves. It was extremely gentle and evenings were generally quiet. Respect throughout. This is a place that values equality and dignity.」
