Room was clean. Staff informative. I arranged to have a shuttle service to the airport and it arrived on time but stopped also at another property and I was made aware that the shuttle was for multiple properties. Fabulous air conditioning and was separate from each room.

I had reservations for a room with 3 beds-upon arrival they had no rooms available.
They sent us to another hotel and paid for it.
The alternative hotel was great-location was even better then the original hotel.

"My daughter and i enjoyed our stay. We had to walk to the metro as we did not have a car. It was about a 10 min walk...we got back when it was dark cpl times and for the most part, felt safe...didnt stay out past 11pm though.enjoyed the pool as it was 35c for our stay. Didnt eat at the restaurant ..."

"They did have security in the hotel. We wanted to get some food and there is nothing near by. Staff told us it was not safe to walk around. Hotel was extremely modern and lots of new technology. Great staff and service."
