「Management is terrible. The lady that was there when I checked in (said she was the manager) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Location feels unsafe. Furniture was outdated and unstable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.」

「The room is clean and quite new I would like to stay here again next time when I visit the Windy City 」

「The room never got vacuumed. The shower poured water on the whole bathroom floor, I had to dry the floors with towels regularly. I paid for a two queen sized beds and one double sofa bed, didn't get that either. Since I didn't get the sofa bed two of my friends left and had to make other arrangements. I asked the front desk for help with the sofa bed, no help of any kind. Expedia ignored me twice for help. Let my messages run to "restart conversation". The elevators got stuck and stalled every...

「The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.」
