「First thing if it’s going to be self check in the place should be loaded with towels, couldn’t get anyone to bring me fresh towels, unit was ok but the couches are filthy use a couch cover or get them professionally cleaned. Located near everything was a plus it was ok for the money we spent」

「The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Loved the location and accessibility to everything in Old San Juan. Only struggle was all of the steps, but I will definitely stay there again.」

「The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL」

「I was never able to get into the apartment. There was no key to get in nor a front desk to ask for assistance. When I texted and called them, they took over an hour to responde. The place was secluded dark, I did not feel safe to wait for a responses」

「Overall I would stay here again. Good views for morning risers. I got to store luggage until check in which started at 4pm. Hosted communicated well. I got to check in by 3pm because I was early arrival but it depends on the host. The front desk was nice and friendly. I felt safe in this area. There was an issue with the door lock so maintenance came quickly to fix it. Also this apartment is on the 7th floor with amazing views but it is outdated.
