1. Mountain View Hot Spring Resort

Koy-Tash

"We had a great experience at Mountain View Hot Springs. Everything was very clean, the food was good, and the service was excellent. I had the chance to stay both in a regular room and in one of the capsules, and both experiences were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always responsive whenever we had any questions. The price is definitely not cheap, but overall the quality of the stay and service was very good. What I especially enjoyed were the hot springs themselves and...

Bishkek Centrum Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Arrived very early morning and they offered me a room until check in time for 50% off. It was just what I needed after a long flight. Room was clean and the hotel is well placed in a safe neighbourhood. I walked around at night and felt totally safe. 24 hour shop across the road and a coffee shop and bank just around the corner."

Apricot Lodge

8/10 Good

"The rooms and space itself were great, really really clean and the bed was super comfortable. The communal hang out area, pool area and upper balcony were really nice. However, reception/staff did not seem very interested in being helpful. I had to figure most things out on my own, the bathroom was not well stocked. There never was any soap in the shower dispenser the whole three nights I was there. I had to go find more toilet paper on my own since they would let it run out and the staff seemed irritated whenever I asked a question. It would have been nice to have a cup provided in the private rooms for drinking. Also don't plan on a hot shower. It's more like tepid water. The communal kitchen literally had one coffee cup and zero drinking glasses. But the pots/pans, plates, bowls were decently stocked. You also don't have a key or code to get in, so you rely on the staff to let you via a buzzer they attend, so sometimes you stand there for awhile ringing the bell to come in if they are not attending the call system to open the door. If it is after 9 pm when they leave, you could be standing there even longer since it has to ring over to a whole other hostel. And it's true what others say, the breakfast is absolutely dismal."

Garden Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good

"Everything was really good, especially the spa, but except for the breakfast buffet the restaurant had mediocre food and even worse service. I therefore would highly recommend staying at the Garden Hotel and Spa, but eating your lunch/dinner elsewhere. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but may really good ones 15-25 minutes away by taxi."

Jannat Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it."

Olive Ala-Archa Hotel & SPA

8/10 Good

"The location near the Ala Archa National Park is a great advantage of this hotel. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night. The rooms need updates: old paint on the walls, old carpet, twin beds were rather uncomfortable. Breakfast was scarce, there were a lot of baked goods, but everything was cold, no regular bread & butter, no eggs or vegetables, tea was lukewarm. I'd not stay here again if only for the convenient location."
