The staff was very nice, but the room was pretty hot and the big mirror was right above the heater so when you’re getting ready, you’re sweating a lot.
Also, the water was lukewarm, so showers and washing your face wasn’t pleasant at all.
But we appreciated the room service, cleanliness, and coziness of the hotel.

Nice hotel overall, but it was very busy which did not make for the best situation with the complicated elevator system. One the last day of our stay, we had to take the service elevators just to be able to leave.
Also, our room had a hole in the wall. That was quite a surprise to find in such a hotel.
