"But the property was very well maintained great location. Staff were very good if you are in the Pasa Colombo you just have to go to the other locations for the swimming pool and staff were great and we had zero issues loved our day and enjoyed it. One thing is the parking situation is a little difficult because in Gallipoli there is no space."

"Where to start here: This is an utterly stunning palazzo, and home. Hard to call a hotel simply because it’s so unique and a centuries old building and family home which is being lovingly and slowly restored in the nicest way and we as guests are being allowed the short pleasure of staying to enjoy its wonderful history. More than this though the family - Giueseppe, Fernando and Mama Rafaela are just the most welcoming and warm people who are ready and willing to do everything to make their guests feel completely relaxed and comfortable where literally nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast alone is worth the trip to stay here thanks to mama with her home made delicious treats. Once in a while you come across a place which will live long in your memory and this place is one of them. So Grazie to Palazzo Pascaraymondo until we return again."

"The location was perfect in my opinion. On the main street right near the bridge to the old town. The old town is too inconvenient and touristy and crowded for an extended stay (I was there for a week), so I was glad to be just outside of it. The hotel could be reached by taxi or tour van and there are many shops and restaurants along this stretch. The hotel has a modern appearance and some comfortable chairs out front, like a front porch, which is a nice touch. On the other hand, there were certain negatives. Although the reception staff was always helpful and cheerful, the rest of the staff was much less so. The woman at breakfast seemed to loom judgingly as I selected my food, as though it were coming out of her salary, and the room cleaners were always a bit annoyed. They were also not very efficient and although they came in the room almost every day, they worked haphazardly. The elevator broke down after 3 or 4 days and was still broken when I left. The shower was cheap plastic and narrower than necessary. The TV only sometimes worked and then very badly."

"They made our stay absolutely memorable. We stayed in the BnB which was a 5-min walk from the hotel and close to everything. They had clear instructions and had everything we needed including beach umbrella/towels. Brunch was on the terrace and it was beautiful. Staff was super helpful with recommendations and coordinated the shuttle for the beach club as well."
