"the hotel is in a great location near major attractions by walking. the staff is very friendly, professional, attentive, kind. Amazing customer service. my family stayed on the superior room, it was big, clean, 2 baths, kitchen with major appliances, air conditioning was working, the pool was clean and warm. the breakfast is unbelievable delicious. The three young front desk personnel were really helpful and definitely we will come back. highly recommend."

"Wonderful place and staff! I flew in from Tampa via Miami. Was tired after getting the carm with Localiza as usual and getting there. My partner Monica checked in the day before and met me at the airport. I was greeted on arriaval but most impressive, the following morning as I sat outside I was greeted again -m they knew my name and said Mr William, hope you slept well, coffee and breakfast is ready for you and Monica in the pavilion "

"Os jardins são lindos, iluminação especial, um lugar inspirador, agradável de passar o tempo. O restaurante também foi ótimo. O staff é super atencioso, fizeram de tudo para agradar. A piscina coberta aquecida realmente era bastante quente, o que propiciou uma ótima experiência de relaxamento. Eu recomendo e pretendo voltar ao hotel.
Conforme outras reviews, o hotel não é novo e realmente ficará ainda melhor se realizarem reformas - mas reforço que ele já é muito bom e oferece um excelente custo-benefício."

"The walls were not insulated.I could hear the man next door snoring. We could hear them both using the toilet. Our bed was very uncomfortable. The shower head sprayed water everywhere. We checked out a day early."
