The room was not clean. The bed is itchy and very hard. Bathroom was ok. Upon check in they said that the rooms we booked already sold out and refuse to check in or refund the money through Expedia. They offered refund in cash and it was already after midnight when we arrived. After we complaint they gave the higher category room but the rooms and the bed still not clean, the worst thing is the itching bed.

Hôtel éloigné et désuet

200 baht pour s'y rendre en tuk-tuk. Bungalow 22 malpropre. Piscine avec eau gluante sans circulation. Petit déjeuner inclus très correct. Ce fut très difficile de se faire expliquer le fonctionnement de la TV. Pas de restaurants prèsl sauf celui du Resort avec service ultra lent parmi les moustiques. Personnel moyennement accueillant et unilingue sauf un jeune homme et la réceptionniste du lendemain matin qui ont été très aimables. Moisissure dans salle de bain. Air conditionné obsolète et sale. Wifi moins que moyen. Prises électriques à deux trous exclusivement donc impossible de charger mon portable. 200 bath pour retourner à la gare en tuk-tuk. Ce ne fut point une expérience agréable.

Okay, but caters more to locals than tourists.

We had seen the hotel on a YouTube channel we follow. It was hard to find but was okay for a few nights. Cleaners need to clean more than the floor. There were cobwebs on the walls they missed everyday. Ants in room, food basic not much choice. Staff have very minimal English, but I am in Thailand so not there problem. Pool was good but needs cleaning. Caters more to the Thai market.
