"This was a return visit (we had a short stay last year) this hotel is amazing, it’s clean the parking is easy, the roof top bar has a lovely with a great food/drink menu, breakfast was great, it’s next to the mall, but what makes this hotel special is the fantastic Mimi she’s a real star ⭐️ also the rest of the staff were amazing thanks to you all for making our stay memorable "

"Resort did not even have a soap holder. Taxi from hotel to the pier was 20 baht per person. I had 2 ppl & there was another couple with us. The lady at the front desk charged 100 baht for the 4 of us because she said we had our own taxi. We should consider as sharing because we pay separate. She said unless we share with other people, then it’s 20 baht. My advise is if you go with other people, you check out separate so you don’t have to pay more for taxi. This is a scam & I will not come back to Diamond. "

"This is a decent choice at this price point but is looking a bit faded and tatty these days. Rooms could do with a little more attention in terms of cleaning and facilities. However, the staff are helpful and friendly and it's an acceptable mid range option."
