Enjoyed my stay overall not a bad place to stay if you’re in a pinch financially. Only issues I had were the scrapes and damages on the walls. Also looks like the doors aren’t cleaned very often or very well. Not a great area but not the worst. Staff was very helpful and kind.

It was ok

When I checked in the gentleman that helped me was great. He deserves a raise for his service. The house keeping staff was awful. I asked for trash to be taken out and she did not sweep the floor or give towels or a blanket for the extra bed. And the shower has no pressure. Outside of that it was a great stay

WiFi restarts every Monday, they only clean Sunday and Monday, you have to request for more towels they only give you to for my 5 day stay.

Definitely not as advertised. All rooms were non-smoking but the staff smoked 5 feet from our door and our room smelled the whole time from smoke and marijuana. The neighborhood was very sketchy. They had a gate around the property which helped ease our anxiety but the exit gate was chained up so we had to back up the whole distance around the hotel. They also advertised breakfast. They have nothing.

This was, THE BEST HOTEL IN CHULA VISTA that I ever stayed at, and I've stayed at many. Their staff is very welcoming, the rooms are so clean and beautifully set up. You really get the most out of your money staying here, I mean it's a studio with a kitchen . It really is your home away from home. If anyone is curious about staying here, DO IT. YOULL END UP EXTENDEDING I PROMISE 😉
