"Helpful gentleman at the reception. Quick check in. Hotel was almost empty in early june. Street parking with few spaces available, have to use Parking Tbilisi app to pay, 1 GEL/hour. Nine patio restaurant is part of the property, excellent service and food and wine and reasonably priced. Room for a family of three had three twin beds, and was fairly spacious. Leaky shower stall and somewhat worn furniture. Free breakfast part of a deal. Overall we are happy."

"Riverside Central Apartments was terrible. Do not book this apartment if you (1) want an engaged owner or (2) habitable accommodation that you can actually sleep in. Communication: host did not respond to any messages on Expedia chat, but luckily I was able to get contact details for the owner via Expedia customer services. However, this was useless as communications with owner were terrible - messages were ignored, and only responded to once Expedia chased. his happened on multiple occasions...

"Central location. Nice clean modern room with comfy bed. All attractions of the city easily accessible by walk or inexpensive taxi Bolt (download app and travel easy). I like this area as I as an expat live in Tbilisi for some years now. Lived with friends. Hotel is in a park with roses and palms, a mini car meets you and brings to reception (call them and you have a car in 1 minute there to take you and luggage), you can also walk 100 meters if no big luggage. Safe at nights. Breakfast was nice too."

"We stayed at Qstay Gratus and the experience was simply perfect! The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed – a full kitchen, washing machine, kitchen utensils and even little treats waiting for us upon arrival. The location is excellent – close to everything but quiet and cozy. The staff was kind, available for any questions and gave a real sense of caring and wholehearted service. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. We felt right at home, and even better 😊 We will definitely come back again and highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and a high level of hospitality!"
