「Lovely, charming ryokan exactly as pictured. The omakase dinner was amazing and the breakfast was also very welcome. It’s in a very quiet part of the village so it’s very peaceful. One of the rooms has a patio great for chilling out and it’s almost dark enough at night to take photos of the Milky Way. 「This was by far the nicest room/resort we have stayed in. After being cramped in many Japanese hotels and ryokans, this was much much larger with three queen/full size beds, a 65" TV and an outdoor bath (mineral salts available in the lobby). However, please understand that as this location is very remote, dining options in the area and transportation may be limited. This may be why we didn't see any foreigners there? However, they do provide pick-up service to and from the Shin-Iwakuni station...

「Vintage style hotel, 5-10 minutes to Hiroshima Castle and A-bomb museum. Hotel staff are super polite and nice, can communicate with English. Love the Columba Bar, relaxing environment and staff are charming and sociable. Not recommend the sky top bar. Room are clean and comfortable, but no usb charge port at bedside, TV channel are limited. Good overall」
