「The hotel was clean and very quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast featured three choices of meat and two choices of potatoes and egg dishes. Excellent overall experience」

「Overall, a fabulous hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was super clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was on point. The only disappointment was that I had to pay to park at the hotel. Not sure what that’s all about.」

「Bugs in the room, smelled like smoke, and generally a gross experience. I would not recommend nor do I understand how anyone would rate this more than a 1 or 2 on a 10 point scale. So gross.」

「Everything from check in, accuracy of the rooms in photos and ameneties were correct. The only issue we had with the resort were: ice machines on each floor were not working, it was scary to walk on the first floor at night, the bed in our room needed to be updated, we never got the code for the internet, and we could not find the directory of the tv stations. We had to buy facial tissue and hand soup. The pavement up to the resort needs to be repaved and maybe some cosmetic work on the place,...

「Amazing ladies up front! Perfect location for one night in Steamboat. Hot springs shuttle to Strawberry Park. There is a little hot spring and stream right behind the hotel. Nothing fancy but comfy bed and great property. Will definitely stay here again!!!」

「Location is/was perfect for what we were looking for, along our Colorado road trip. It’s an old motel, refurbished— they could have done a few things to make it feel a little nicer/upgraded, but you don’t want to be lazy in your hotel room in a place like Steamboat Springs, anyway :-)」

「Wonderful, quaint spot right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Not a 5-star boutique hotel by any means but what a pleasant delight upon arrival. We got the junior family suite or whatever they call it; had a queen bed in one room then a Jack and Jill style bathroom connecting the room to 2 twin beds. Perfect for a family of 4! Great to have designated parking, staff was 10/10, Clear, concise communication. I’d definitely stay at the Bristol again.」
