Rooms were ok, there was no hot water for a shower the first night and Luke warm water the next. The staff however were very friendly and approachable. Plus you are close to mall.

Great location with a bus stop right outside. Walking distance to Riccarton Mall and Hagley Park. Well equipped kitchenette although an instruction manual for the microwave would have been helpful.

There was confusion as to whether Expedia would deduct and pay Samhil, or not. We worked it out OK. But such problems are best avoided by sound management processes. Everything else was fine. Nice walk to the City.
