We had the worst experience I have ever had after many years of travelling at this Quest. We had driven 6 hours and arrived at Quest only to find that the hotel was fully locked up and no one was there, keeping in mind that this was 3pm in the afternoon, Mondayised public holiday.
I was not contacted by anyone at the hotel to say they would not be open on that day despite them having the booking a few days prior.
After calling them on their intercom and speaking to their operator for 5 minutes and then being placed on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on, I waited a further 20 minutes outside and no one called back despite them having my details, I then phoned Expedia to cancel the booking.
I would have happily stayed if was I able to get inside as we were looking foward to our stay. After all of this Quest charged our card for the stay. It is very disappointing and unfair that they have charged us as I was standing outside the entry to the hotel, and the only reason I was not able to stay was because the doors were locked and there was not anyone avaliable to let me inside.
I would not recommend this hotel and would highly suggest staying somewhere else in the city that actually cares about their customers.
