"Great location, easy walking distance to the hop-on/hop-off tram and centre of the city. Plenty of restaurants also within walking distance, but the room had a well-equipped kitchenette if you wanted to cook in your own room. The bathroom/laundry was a good size, and conveniently has both a washing machine and dryer if you need to use them. The only downside was that there were a couple of marks on the bedsheets, but otherwise a comfortable stay."

"OK place to stay but could do much better Pros: fantastic location; comfortable size room Cons: weird collection of TV channels but missing many basics including several TVNZ & no sports channels; TV remote didn’t work (but desk person fixed after I went down); missing a few basics eg tissues; charged $20per night to park on open & insecure vacant lot adjoining the building - website was ambiguous about this charge when booking"
