「Great location - closed to Hagley Park and Westfield Shopping Mall (with a big supermarket). Many rooms and comfortable beds. A garage with internal access. However we have a few difficult moments with locking and unlocking the front door. All internal doors have its own key and one of the bedroom doors upstairs (opening to the balcony) didn't have one so we couldn't open it on a really warm night.」

「房東第一時間給錯公寓的密碼，我認為這是嚴重的疏失，因為我們可以進入有人入住的公寓，也表示我們的公寓可能因為房東疏忽別人可以進來，所有電器沒有說明書，有時無法第一時間上手很麻煩，剛到時候浪費將近3小時處理這些可以避免的瑣事，為了這個給錯公寓，跟相關公寓瑣事，我打了很多國際電話聯繫房東，對話很多通電話，房東才願意過來一趟協助，此時已經從下午五點到八點了（我們已經搭了一整天飛機，幾乎累昏，餓昏了），雖然可以理解民宿渡假公寓非飯店，但基本的安全與使用指示說明都是基本應該有的，而不該重複強調我們不是飯店就可以解釋過去。坦白說，整體公寓狀況條件不錯，希望房東可以改善這些小卻重要的缺失。畢竟出去旅行沒有人會希望要擔心，自己租的公寓曾經在外出時候會被陌生人進入過或有任何物品遺失的風險吧。」

「Plenty of room for the family with three bedrooms. But needed to be painted inside - looking very tired. Also, some areas weren't clean when we arrived. The beds needed to be pulled out and cleaned behind. We also went to get a wine glass out of the cupboard and found a smashed glass just left there in the cupboard. There was only one hand towel for a whole family and no bathmat. Also, some of the window locks were broken in one of the bedrooms and the rubbish bins outside were overflowing...

「Very well presented inside, good location. Only a couple of issues, especially if you have smaller children: 1. For some reason there are no locks on the bathroom doors, we have raised this so hopefully they will fix it. 2. There are steps from the deck which lead directly down to the stream running beside the property and there is no gate or method to block this off, so this is high risk if you have smaller children that might decide to venture outside. 3.
