"I liked the location, it is a few blocks away from the city center, but walkable, about 20 minutes away. The house has all the amenities one would need and was very spacious. I'd recommend covering the outside tub so it doesn't get full of shrubs and insects and is easier to clean before using, giving the shower a better scrub on the walls near the floor and changing the towels, because some of them are a bit worn. "Plenty of room for the family with three bedrooms. But needed to be painted inside - looking very tired. Also, some areas weren't clean when we arrived. The beds needed to be pulled out and cleaned behind. We also went to get a wine glass out of the cupboard and found a smashed glass just left there in the cupboard. There was only one hand towel for a whole family and no bathmat. Also, some of the window locks were broken in one of the bedrooms and the rubbish bins outside were overflowing...
