「We stayed for 2 nights in an executive room. Decor and furnishings were immaculate. Quality of fittings is very high end. The whole hotel was spotless. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond. Bar staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all. Since I arrived quite early, they provided a convenient place for me to freshen up, which was really thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast was generous, and the transportation is reasonably convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. 」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」
