THE TV DID NOT WORK..THE STAFF REPAIRED IT..THE NEXT MORNING IT DID NOT WORK I WAS TOLD I CAN SIT IN THE LOBBY AT 5AM TO WATCH TELEVISION,,,THIS WAS AN INSULT..THE OUTLETS FOR MY PHONE CHARGER DID NOT WORK..INSTEAD OF SWITCHING MY ROOM OUT AS YOU WOULD ASSUME , I HAD TO GO TO THE NEAREST GAS STATION TO PURCHASE A CHARGER CUBE ,,,IN THE RAIN!!! THE ENTIRE STAY WAS BELOW ZERO FOR RATINGS!! WHO DOESNT SWTCH OUT A ROOM WHEN THE TV DOESNT WORK?

My newer iPhone fast charger came up missing after house cleaning cleaned room I called to go get it and they couldn’t find it. It was lef in the room. I didn’t like that. I want my charger back.

There was a large surprise “resort fee” that was charged at check in. Since this property could in no way be described as a resort or even vaguely resort-like, it just seems like an underhanded way to charge extra for the room after you’ve booked and when it’s too late for other options. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

Very expensive for what you get. Only 2 pillows in a king, needed to ask for more. No soap, except for large shareable containers and we stayed 2 days, no hot breakfast the second day. Only 2 paper coffee cups and only 2 plastic drink cups. Have had better at Motel 6, sorry but we paid about $230 a night, Really

Unfortunately our oven was unexpectedly not working which caused us to not be able to provide a hot breakfast. However we are back to serving our full hot breakfast. We also have bar soap at the front desk that is available by request. The front desk can also provide additional amenities such as cups, coffee pods, towels and pillows upon request. I hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you again and to show that your unsatisfactory stay is not our normal.

Clean & New but loud
The hotel is newly renovated. Everything looks new and smells new. It's very clean. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The mattresses might need to be placed because each morning I woke up my back hurt. The hotel is located between hwy 99 and the railroad tracks if you have a tough time sleeping this hotel might be too noisy for you.
