「Habitación limpia y grande. No obstante, el personal se negó a buscar un objeto que olvidé en el alojamiento, no me dieron ninguna respuesta. Además, solicité un desayuno para llevar, y a la hora a la que debía recibirlo, no había nadie para dármelo. The room was clean and spacious. However, the staff refused to look for an item I left in the room and gave me no explanation. Furthermore, I requested a takeaway breakfast, and when it was due, no one was there to give it to me. 「シャーヒ・ズィンダ廟群の目の前にあります。入口までは歩いて１分程度。ビビハニム・モスクなども徒歩圏内。観光地巡りには便利です。ホテル自体も対応良し。このクラスのホテルでは珍しく、荷物を部屋まで持って行ってくれます。スタッフは英語が話せるのでコミュニケーションもOK。部屋は完全に独立した２部屋に分かれていて、なぜかトイレも２つ。一人利用でしたので持て余し気味でしたが清潔で快適でした。バスタブがあったのが一番の感激。日本人にはうれしい装備ですね。日本人の方は全く見かけませんでしたが、お勧めのホテルです。夜間にレギスタン広場周辺で食事をして、徒歩で戻りました。ホテルまでの道のりは暗いですが、治安の良さを感じました。」

「I tried to check in and then the staff there explained that cannot give room to me since there is someone very sick stayed at my room and they couldn’t check out. The situation last until 6pm for the day of my check-in. I am not sure if it is just an excuse to sell my booking to another hotel. Besides, please send your guest to hospital if he is so sick 」
