There is 24-hour room service via Wechat that can be used easily even if you don't speak Chinese. The staff are very kind and helpful if you need any help or suggestions."

The staff were incredible—big thanks to Jamie, Yoyo, Lyn, and Tia for being so helpful. When I lost my hotel card, they replaced it immediately. I also requested a room change in the middle of the night, and they handled it seamlessly without me needing to go to the front desk; they even sent the new keys to my door using a cute robot! Highly recommended for the service and convenience."
