On a eu l impression de deranger

Nous avions réservé par le biais de hôtel.com comme nous allions au puy du fou. Le b&b n'est qu'à 26 kms donc nickel. La remise des clefs étant entre 18h et 21h, nous avions téléphoné le matin même à partir de 9h pour voir s'il était possible d'avoir la remise des clefs avant exceptionnellement. Nous avons appelé au moins 10 fois, sachant que le petit déjeuné était jusqu'à 9h30 ça pouvait le faire. Personne n'a daigné nous répondre. La propriétaire nous a appelé vers 12h et nous a précisé qu'il fallait que l'on vienne récupérer les clefs vers 19h et qu'elle se couchait à 21h30. Que le matin elle se levait à 6h30. Madame était fatiguée semble t il!!!. Elle s'est plainte des personnes qui réservaient via le site expédia.Mais madame si vous n'avez pas envie de travailler et bien restez au lit. Nous avons dû ressortir du parc pour aller chercher les clefs.Pas très cool. La maison est grande certes, mais un bazar pas possible, vous avez plein de draps et autres qui pendent sur la barrière!!! A notre grande surprise, le lits n'était même pas fait le lendemain matin, les torchons tels quels. Nous avons fait beaucoup de b&b et à chaque jour le ménage était fait. Au niveau réglementation il est dit que les lits doivent être fait!!!. Le petit déjeuné, oui 1 croissant frais et du pain frais. Les crêpes et pancakes ce n'est pas du fait maison!!! aucun défaut!!aucun fromage et jambon comme sur la photo. Personne antipathique et désagréable. Le dimanche, c'est sa fille qui était là, nous

Un B&B de grand confort, accueil chaleureux
