Excellent staff and good location (easy walk to Sakura Machi and only two tram stops from the castle). The only reason I'm giving this a four is because of the music played in the hallways from early morning to 8:00 pm. It's especially loud near the elevators, so try to book a room as far away as possible.

Very comfortable hotel at a convenient spot
