「All staff, whether reception, waitress, housekeeper or security, are very friendly and helpful. very very nice. Although it’s not located in prime area, it still a great hotel for me. There are some shop, local market and beach nearby. Just ask the receptionist, she is very helpful. In addition, the hotel chief cooks very well. 全部員工不論前台、待應、打掃人員甚至保安都非常友善，而且非常熱心助人。雖然不是位於熱門地點，但附近走遠一點可以找到一些餐廳，本地店鋪，而且有個沙灘，很少人，所以整體感覺都很滿意。有甚麼問題例如附近好逛的地方、餐廳，也可以問前台員工，她非常熱心。另外值得一提他們酒店的餐廳，出奇地好吃。」

「十分好的住宿體驗，職員全部很友善，不但服務很好，而且很主動幫助，用APPs 預約酒店服務，叫Room service很方便，餐廳食物質素不錯，和牛餐廳很好吃。雖然周圍沒有購物中心，但乘的士去巴東市集都衹是30分鐘，十分方便。鄰近海灘很大浪，雖然不能游水，但環境也很優美。」

「We had such a great experience at this lovely new hotel in Bangtao! The location is super convenient, just minutes from Boat Avenue and Bangtao Beach. They even offer a free shuttle every hour to both spots, which made getting around really easy. The hotel itself feels very fresh and modern.
