Overall, the Hotel concept and room product is good. However, there seems to be some lack of standards and supervision. We arrived around 5.00pm and expected the room to be ready. After a lengthy wait, we were informed that we got upgraded to a loft room. However, it seems to be a problem with a bedside lamp. After another 5 min we were offered a beverage at the restaurant, which was nice. Once we arrived at our room 108, it was the worst positioned room of the hotel. First floor, outlook to nowhere and next to your engineering and paint shop. The room product seems good with all the gadgets. Bathroom cleanliness needs to improve. Something is growing behind the left toilet paper roll. As well dust is accumulating on the chrome. Main room television remote is not working properly. Date on the screen is 2013 or 2015, I know small details but this is where setting standards start.
