Hey There, We service our suites every second day as standard, this is our little nod to reducing water and chemical wastage and preserving our little piece of paradise - garbage in the kitchen however is changed daily, and housekeeping on demand is available! Better than a suite
An excellent choice for longer stays. Hotel is still new and clean. I like the kitchen facilities. The 2 bathrooms have no bathtubs. Lots of space for a family. Breakfast has a large variety of food. Nice pillows and mattresses. The ceiling is thin as we could hear the loud noise of furniture being moved upstairs. The lobby should be bigger as it was rather crowded. Apart from these it is a very thoughtful setup.

Overall, the Hotel concept and room product is good. However, there seems to be some lack of standards and supervision. We arrived around 5.00pm and expected the room to be ready. After a lengthy wait, we were informed that we got upgraded to a loft room. However, it seems to be a problem with a bedside lamp. After another 5 min we were offered a beverage at the restaurant, which was nice. Once we arrived at our room 108, it was the worst positioned room of the hotel. First floor, outlook to nowhere and next to your engineering and paint shop. The room product seems good with all the gadgets. Bathroom cleanliness needs to improve. Something is growing behind the left toilet paper roll. As well dust is accumulating on the chrome. Main room television remote is not working properly. Date on the screen is 2013 or 2015, I know small details but this is where setting standards start.

Well located and provisioned. The food was good and allergens clearly marked, which is very important when traveling as someone who is allergic to some things. The pool and water taxi to the ocean was so convenient. I especially appreciated the laundry service. Staff were very friendly and took great care of us.

Cassia has a constant (free) boat shuttle to the most gorgeous Bang Tao beach, and free tuktuk shuttle to shopping centres. The apartments have small kitchens and are modern and well equipped. The staff are just so lovely and super helpful. The buffet breakfast is really extensive and high quality. It’s just the best. We will go back as soon as we can.

Upon check in- kettle not provided. By right all rooms shld hve 2 pillows per person but we only hve 1 pillow n we call d front office n they say they will send housekeeping staff to check. Why cant they just provide us extra instead of coming up to our rm to check . According to d staff they r running full occupancy n not enough pillows for all guest We were assign 2nd floor right on top of d coffee house. So noisy as early as 5am- kitchen preparation n staff talking v loud

We had an amazing stay in a two bedroom loft water. The staff at Cassia were incredible and nothing was a problem. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the pool and kids room were great for the children. Would highly recommend

Friday rock! Night market just outside the resort
Fantastic resort! Nested along the lagoon with beach front only 2 mins away! Big and comfortable king bed and kids love their loft. Lots of happening cafes, bakery, Japanese, Italian restaurants just 10 mins walk. Highlights was the Friday night market at Boat Avenue!

Good location in the Laguna area of Phuket. The hotel room which we had, had 2 bedrooms and a small living area which was perfect for us and our teen. The pool areas were nice. The little boat across the lagoon to the beach, plus the transport offered around the local area (at a cost) were useful.

Excellent hotel with great service and super easy access to the beach, via quick ferry across the lake. Full and delicious breakfast in the mornings and plenty of yummy food options from the hotels cafe. Also, it is quite quiet in the evenings. The only issue, be it minor and out of the hotels control, was lots of noise at the private beach, due to a great deal of small children and loud guests. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again as soon as I can get back!

Very open and spacious. Staff were extremely nice. Location was great. Beautiful layout for the pools and swimming areas. Travel services were very convenient. Covid management was very good. What I didn't like was the small bugs in the kitchen. Also, certain things were in a bit of disrepair.

The shower had mold growing in the grout from not being cleaned properly and the employees didn’t wear masks working in a small kitchen while cooking my food, because of that I checked out earlier then planned I like the location and have stayed there several times in the past but because of COVID 19 I chose to leave early

Great for short or long stay with spacious room
Room is spacious (1 bedroom). Bed is comfy. Great price during covid-19. Great location in Laguna area, very convenient. It's not beachfront but on normal circumstances, there would be boat shuttle to take you to the beach across the lake. Will stay again when in phuket.

save your money for elsewhere
If you are a family of 4 please do not stay at the place. The rooms are tiny and not large enough or equipped for 4 people. I paid a lot of money for a 2 bedroom. The bedrooms are very small. The sofa bed was not made up for my youngest daughter and there was no bedding available. This despite me booking a room for 4 people. Only 3 plates, glasses, knife fork spoon etc. I did ask for an extra set but they did not turn up. The staff are grumpy and do not make you feel welcome. We went for a drink in the evening to find half of the area sectioned off for a private function. So what was advertised on website was kit available. If you are going to hold functions then a function room should be used and not space taken from paying guests. The breakfast was a like a zoo. No tables and other guess using their hands, staff not bothered. A shambles. Stayed in Thailand 11 times and this is by far the worse. Payed a lot of money for a poorly run hotel with small rooms.

the room/unit was good, functional & clean however the overall property was set up for holiday makers & not business travel which is what i was there for. approx 1 km walk to town (with good restaurants & facilities) but nothing much in the immediate area.

The property was very modern and comfortable! The boat over to beach was so nice and super easy! The pool was amazing and the staff was helpful in every aspect of our stay. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Lovely modern hotel, awesome pool
This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere calm and quieter in Phuket. There are restaurants nearby - only about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, although there is a shuttle service you can use if preferred. There was a really good night market on the Friday night, I think it’s a regular market - definitely recommend it! The hotel itself is modern and has a good vibe. The room was really clean and had good wifi, air con, and a well equipped kitchen. The pools are amazing! Breakfast buffet was really good too. Staff very friendly and helpful. The airport is only about 30 mins away, cost us just under 600 baht on Grab.

The property was really nice, but the food was bad. We had the misfortune to be there when a bbq was happening, sounds nice but as a vegetarian you get nothing but fries and the seafood they tried to serve was raw. Wouldn’t be so bad after all if the kitchen would still be serving but they closed it due to the ongoing bbq so we had to stay hungry. I’m generell the Place is nice wird friendly staff and an amazing pool and rooms. The bar prices for beer are also really fair.

Amazing hotel one of the best we’ve stayed in and for the price. We only stay a day as our flight was in the evening. Next time we will stay for a week instead. The one bedroom flat was clean and had all the essentials. Infinity pool was good and hotel also provide shuttle to Patong for 100 baht one way which is reasonably price and better than taking taxi. Overall one of the best budget 4 star hotel anywhere.

Staff was generally friendly & helpful. Male staff showed us around the hotel on first day & also indicated to us the location of shopping village & restaurant nearby. Hotel could do more to support the marathon event eg. Breakfast takeaway box served at only 4am when marathon event starts at 4.30am. Suggest serve at 3.30am for marathoners. Btw when I went to collect my bfast box at 4am, the staff checked & said I did not order & I told him I specifically ordered on my first day check in & even asked the staff to confirm they have place order for me. I left for the marathon run without bfast as no time to resolve this. Wife arrange to collect bfast box later after my run started. Birds flew into the dining area nearest doorways as well as the tables outside the dining room to eat the food on the table & some seats & tables have bird poo. Saw One guy put some food on the outside table & when he went in to get some utensils, the birds were eating his food ... my wife told a nearby staff who chased away the birds. Suggest put 2foot long hanging streamers on the doorway that can flutter by the wind or indoor fan to scare the birds from flying in but challenge for those tables outside .... perhaps a solar powered portable device (about 4inch size) for each table that can rotate with something movable to scare the birds from going to the tables. Just a suggestion.... you guys should be able to brainstorm something better too.

The staff was great. My special thanks go to Khun Tan who received me at check in; she has done her job wonderfully with service mind, good sense of humour and more than pleasing manners. Although the check in was pretty busy that day, she impressed me a lot. The hotel itself is in fine condition with its signature interior decoration. Our room is well-designed and functional with nice view. Anyway, the window faced against the construction site; we didnt feel bothered with it. Only one downside was the insufficient breakfast seating but we were aware of that the hotel was 100% occupied by runners who participated in the Laguna running event and those runners ate breakfast at a certain same period; so it's understandable. All in all, I recommend this property.
