「The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away」

「The hostel has everything you need. Nice location and great tasting food for a reasonable price. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and it was a pleasure staying there for 7 days and see a different side of Colombia. I would give 6 stars if I could. 」
