"I found the hotel even better then I expected. The woman at the reception was very helpful and friendly! A real compliment for her and I found her also very professional. The thing of her was that offcourse it is a hotel but gave a feeling like I were coming there for years already. "Upon check-in, there was a noticeable sewage odor coming from the sink and bathroom. It improved after ventilation and closing the traps, but it seems that further maintenance may be required. In addition, we found an item of underwear left behind by a previous guest on the top shelf of the wardrobe. If rooms are assigned in advance, it would also be helpful to inform guests beforehand that direct access by elevator may not be possible and that additional stairs may be required."
