「We had a phenomenal stay and regretted only staying for one night! The property was beautiful and Carolina was absolutely wonderful to us. Her kindness and helpful recommendations were so appreciated! I hope to return again in the (hopefully not too distant) future.」

「Very good eating. Beautiful location. Lovely pool. Good furniture and eating conditions on terrace among the olives and wonderful views. Excellent service from very restricted staff - chef Marco and factotum Monia. Nice comfort room. Easy access to Sarteano and Citta della Pieve as well as autostrada.」

「Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Ho scelto l'albergo essendo vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada, per spezzare un lungo viaggio. Le recensioni degli altri, lette nel dovuto modo, sono state utili per la scelta. L'albergo è facilissimo da raggiungere. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è spaziosa, con ampia vista, pulita, in ordine, con impianto TV e condizionatore funzionanti. Bagno ampio, pulito, funzionante. Abbiamo utilizzato anche il ristorante annesso. Cena ottima, squisita, cucinata bene,...

「Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!」

The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We just can't say enough great things about & if we ever get the privilege of returning to the region, we will stay here again without hesitation! Grazie mille Paulo! 」

「We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem! 」
