Hand soap and body lotion were not provided at check-in. Despite requesting body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion multiple times from different staff, they were not replenished. 「酒店位置是典型的托斯卡纳风光的核心地带，开车一小时左右可以到达很多托斯卡纳典型风光的山谷或小镇。缺点是离超市比较远购买生活用品不方便，周边餐饮也没有太多选择。双卧室的公寓房还不错带完整厨房，缺点是只有一个浴室和厕所。Wifi信号也不是很好。网站上说的私人泳池其实是和整栋楼的其它四个公寓共用的，这点预订前请注意。」

Breakfast options could have been more varied for vegetarians and the staff member who greeted us on arrival could have been a little more welcoming! All other members of staff were outstanding. Did their best to accommodate us, including cooking special egg free dishes! Gratzie!」

「Struttura in un ex convento di suore stupendo medievale nei minimi particolari dalle porte alle maniglie alle luci interne e esterne un luogo di pace e serenità in mezzo alla natura . Il proprietario Sig. Antonello molto molto gentile e disponibile fiero giustamente della sua struttura consiglia posti dove cenare e luoghi dove fare del turismo a corto raggio . Consigliato anche per bikers xchè ha un bel parcheggio interno lontano dalla strada anche se poco trafficata . 」
