"We checked in late afternoon. Checked in and then they told us the water was turned off for the entire hotel. The desk clerk was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The facilities in the adjoining casino were working. We went to the casino and had some dinner there and back to the room around 7:30. Still no water. They said estimate 8:30 or 8:45. Water did come back on around 8:30. Not a major inconvenience but still not a pleasant experience wondering if we should move to another hotel. Again, the desk clerk handled this very professionally and comptently. "
