「Great location although parking restricted to road」

「Fantastic stay in the cottage - immaculately presented room with loads of space and a very nice selection of snacks. The staff in the Inn were incredibly welcoming and made for a totally relaxed break. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough」

「Our room was on the first floor, above the pub. You can probably imagine how busy it can get at night. We can clearly hear everything from downstairs which make us cannot sleep. The whole building is old 」

「Ms Emma who greeted us and helped us was great and patient in explaining all information we want. Also Ms Hattie at the desk was wonderful and cheerful. Emma and Hattie impressed us and congratulate Wychwood on having these two staff. Mr Chow from HK」

「We stayed for 2 nights (Saturday-Monday) and overall the stay was good! The room was lovely, well presented, clean (needed a few touch ups but nothing major) and comfortable. The female members of staff we spoke to were very helpful. Unfortunately, the Saturday night is the reason I’m not giving more stars. I understand it’s a pub so there will be noise to a degree, but there was loud talking and music until gone midnight and it was very frustrating. I had ear plugs in but could still hear it...

「The staff were very helpful and it felt homely and very comfortable. The food was enjoyable too. For an old building it was kept in good condition, nicely decorated and showed the history through artwork and photos.」

「We were warmly greeted on our arrival. Our room was very clean. The radiator was broken and they did warn us about that in advance. It was solved the next very next day. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.」

「What can I say it’s a lovely experience to stay here big comfy bed, fluffy white towels and a absolute gem of a restaurant, it will always be my first choice when staying in the area to eat or sleep everything is 5*」

「Great location. Staff were nice.」

「Good value」

「The hotel feels like home, and I'm thoroughly enjoying my time here.」

「The air conditioning in the room is freezing, but I can't find the temperature control switch or remote.」

「Room vert clean and fresh. All staff very helpful and nice. The food was excellent we really enjoyed dinner here. Includes Parking, WiFi and breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was great. The pub area was also very nice and welcoming.」
