「We are so happy that we reserved this beautiful place for our stay in Venice; the location was perfect, and the receptionists were so friendly and helpful after our long flight in! We enjoyed its charm, room's decorations, comfortable beds, and AC worked amazingly well. Our view was absolutely spectacular with the terrace outside. We fell in love with Venice and so glad this hotel was part of our amazing experience! Thank you!」

「Air-conditioner at living room is not working. Air-conditioners at bedrooms have strange sound, di di sound, when operating. Cooker hood damaged and is not working. Hair dryer is not working that needs replacement by another one on the second day of stay. Timber floor planks at living room peel off that results in uneven floor level causing my wife fallen down many times. Water seepage and comes out from the timber flooring at living room. Rubbish on the floor of master bedroom.」

「Very secure location, apartment was spacious, a lot of snacks, water, sweets waited for us. Check in was easy, locked box for the keys. Communication with Mrs Meda was seamless. We left behind a wires and she messaged immediately- we recovered it quickly! Thank you so much for the hospitality. We will return as we have family in town. 」
