"We had a decent stay but the hotel manager charged me for a pre-paid room and then was unable or unwilling to give me a refund. I gave the staff a generous tip when I checked out and still received poor service. I waited three business days to get a response and reimbursement and still haven’t. They didn’t even send me a receipt of what they charged me when I checked out. "

"El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar "

The mountains and the trees were so breath taking, I’ve never been to any place this peaceful before. The cabin was amazing and the details in every single room here was so beautiful. "This is not a hotel is a guesthouse type , they false advertising, they have multiple families living there the kids running and kid crying , my room had leaking water and the toiles was clogged. The advertised a restaurant over price and they not have any selection or sometimes no one is here . I complained the person responsible, yes quickly respond but they did not fix anything, feel unsafe with some people living there permanently, this needs to be remove from hotels.com "
