"Clean room, easy access to parking lot and hotel, safe place with no homeless around, great bars and food nearby, cable car train literally right there and the view of corner king room is amazing!! I’ve stayed at alot of hotels in sf and this one if forsure underrated!!"

"Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Room was much smaller than pictured. I’ve slept on airport floors that were smelled better and were more comfortable. Moved to another hotel after first night. It’s a shame as the location is great and the issues could be fixed with a decent mattress and some carpet fresh. "

"The restroom door handle was broken and we were not able to close and lock the door. Same for toilet paper handle. WiFi works only first day. "

"NO AIR CONDITION. Bad service . I asked every day at the front desk for a room cleaning and they never did. TV never worked and they never sent someone to fix it even when asked repeatedly. DO NOT SAY HERE!!"
