I’ve stayed at the Portales a few times over the years. The variety and quality of the included breakfast has declined greatly. However, the coffee is still delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved this hotel. I’m shocked it doesn’t have higher rating. We got the hotel with 2 bedrooms for a great price on Expedia. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The only thing that was bothering was the horrible water pressure.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean& spacious & tidy. I like the courtesy of the staff. They have a nice size pool that you can spend the day swimming if you don’t have plans to go out. Their food service is pretty good too. Great place to stay. :)
