"This hotel was great. Booked a suite and they upgraded us no extra charge. We asked to stay another night - to which they happily let us and we stayed in our upgraded suite. Amazing pool.. amazing hot tub. If we are ever back in Chile we will come here again. 10/10. Breakfast was amazing. View was amazing. Great hotel! "

The wooden deck surrounding the hotel and outside the spa area is somewhat degraded and even rotten in some places by the hot tub. The breakfast is very nice. from our cabana was great. We had a car so driving into Ancud for dinner was not a problem. The cabana is very spacious and includes a small kitchen and table. We only stayed one night but I could stay longer. "

When you enter into the park, you need to drive 40 min e in order to get there.So be prepare to drive into the pure nature like the forest, it is really beautiful, very relaxing place, and if you like hiking, biking and explore. This is your place to go. The staffs are awesome people that make you feel comfortable. Totally recommended and please go to visit, you won't regret it! You will love it!! "
