"They cancelled our rooms on the morning of our arrival and gave away from our fully paid reservation to another patron. When we argued against it, they booked us in a different hotel, when we landed at 12:30 am, the newly booked hotel declined our booking and put us in a diff hotel, which was not even 1 star worth. It completely ruined our entire experience. We had booked three rooms in Grand resort Puri and had four adults over the age of 70 and in the middle of the night at 1 AM we were shuttled from one hotel to another. The next day, the manager Rahul of Grand resort refused to answer our call. Our reservation was a fully paid reservation and they had absolutely no right to cancel our reservation. I have never seen this level of scamming before in any place that I have traveled in 27 yrs"
