「Gorgeous setting with beautiful views. Our room was lovely, and perfect for a couple of relaxing days after lots of hiking. The only thing is our particular room was by the kitchen so you did get some sound through the walls. Majority of the rooms are downstairs though and won’t have this issue. Staff all lovely and friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant one night. We didn’t have our rental car anymore but had no issue getting Ubers in and out of town. 」

All staff members are attentive, genuinely helpful, and proactive in solving problems. Every staff member seems happy and truly welcoming, making you feel appreciated as a guest on vacation. "Thank you Morrena Team, Denise and her team have given us a very warmth hospitality during our stay. The room is clean and comfortable. They provide lunch box and dinner service which is very convenient for us to do a day of Torres de Paine without hunger. We checked in late at almost 11pm due to lago grey excursion and got the tier problem. Denise gave us informative details for solving our problems next day. We had a pleasant stay in Morrena. Highly recommended for those who want to experience Patagonia national park with a warmth welcome and effortless stay."
