"There was only one person working. Had a problem with tv, and it took 2 hours for someone to come. Then had to move rooms snd threatened would have to move again. Run down area."

"I had someone enter my room while I was out and they went through my luggage and stole a pair of valuable earrings. The hotel is not concerned with guest safety or comfort. The management was cocky sarcastic and dismissive. The room did not feel clean. The toilet paper is very poor quality. The drain stopper in shower bath did not work or drain so standing in water while showering. Problems with hotel card key. Long wait for elevators. The heat did not work effectively. "

"There were roaches, the elevators were so sketchy .. we were on the third floor.And either as you got into elevator or sometimes when you were exiting the elevator when it would stop.It would jolt and drop a little with a loud bang. Scared for sure. When I mentioned the roaches to the front desk he didn't seem to surprised we got in from Kansas a 12 or 13 hr drive from Ok didnt want to switch hotels that night and front desk was so rude causuei called him out on the bugs "
