"I keep comming to this hotel over the years. They did some remodeling and looks nice. The reception looks smaller. The rooms are the same: clean and ready. Luckily for the guests, the room have hot water in the faucett, something that is very rare. They do offer a breakfast and is supposed to start at 07:00 AM. On my last day, it was 07:30 AM and the service was not ready. The employees do offer a very good service! The location of this hotel is super!"

"What price I reserved the rooms for, were changed at the hotel. They said there was nothing they could do about it, that it was Expedia’s issue that the price raised. So, I am not very happy about the checkout process at the hotel and with Expedia. If you aren’t going to commit to the reserved price that people pay for, then don’t have a price on your website. "

"Si bien nos dejaron tomar la habitacion unas horas antes, nos cambiaron la tarifa varias veces, con comision, sin comision, con igv, sin igv, que el tipo de cambio, la verdad fue muy incomodo que de persona a persona nos quisieran cobrar tarifas diferentes. El baño no tenia donde sentarse ni tapa, es un foco infeccioso, muy desagradable. Por ultimo el control del TV no funcionaba y no lo cambiaron. No volvería. "

"Hicimos la reserva por hoteles.com, pero al llegar al hotel no había ninguna reserva y negaron trabajar con la página. Después, descubrimos que cancelaron nuestra reserva para dárselo a otra persona que pagaba más. No les importó dejarnos en la calle sin hotel en temporada alta. Además, el hotel se encuentra en una zona muy comercial, muy alejado del centro. No recomendado."
